At this time, we are only accepting Sessions applications.
If you have a client with pending felony charges or who will be entering a plea to a felony, please email their information to AbigailT@HamiltonTN.gov. Then, they will be added to the waitlist.
Next Steps:
After you submit the above information, the next steps will involve an initial review of the charges and criminal history, if any, by the Office of the District Attorney.
The applicant will then be evaluated by the Drug Recovery Court staff to ensure that he or she meets the other eligibility criteria.
